the location is convenient. the breakfast buffet featured fresh, delicious options, including a greek salad. i found the front desk staff very helpful .
the single lift serving the upper floors was sometimes crowded, requiring me to carry my luggage down a couple of flights of stairs at one point. it wasn't a huge deal, but it was a bit inconvenient.

The location is central to everything. I found transportation easy since the taxi rank is conveniently opposite the hotel. The air conditioning worked effectively. I also appreciated the good free WiFi that included an easy logon process.
The hotel provided only a sheet instead of a duvet, made sleeping less comfortable. I recommend checking about duvet availability before you book a room. Foam pillows were too bulky. Bed was firm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests I made. They facilitated an earlier check-in and also stored luggage after check-out, which I found very convenient. This high level of attention greatly enhanced my stay.

the location is a big plus, being near everything. the staff are helpful and quick to respond. i found the breakfast had a good spread each morning, tasted great also.
the elevator is small, sometimes creating short delays during peak hours.

The room had excellent soundproof windows and darkening curtains. I also received a packed breakfast since I had to leave early in the morning (nice touch!). The shower had good pressure with hot water.
The front desk only gave me one key, although they gave two to others in my group.
